How We Align With Your TEFA Budget
The State of Texas releases TEFA funds in split installments throughout the academic year. To protect your family’s quarterly budget and secure your child’s dedicated schedule block, our packages are divided into matching installments billed directly through Odyssey:
Milestone 1: The July Seat Reservation (25%)
What It Means: A 25% initial funding authorization is submitted via Odyssey to officially lock in your child’s live, one-on-one time slot for the semester before my roster fills.
Milestone 2: The October Installment (25%)
What It Means: The next 25% milestone billing is processed through Odyssey right as the state releases the mid-term autumn funding block.
Milestone 3: The April 1st Settlement (50%)
What It Means: The remaining 50% balance of the semester’s tuition is securely settled when the state clears the final spring funding release.

2. Match Your Path
Based on your child’s learning targets, your available TEFA tier, and private pay option we will finalize your enrollment track (Navigator, Explorer, or Scout).
3. Authorize on Odyssey
- Locate our provider listing inside the Odyssey portal to approve your initial 25% seat reservation. No out-of-pocket costs, no waiting for reimbursements.
