How We Align With Your TEFA Budget
The state of Texas releases TEFA funds directly into your parent Odyssey digital wallet in phases throughout the school year. To keep things incredibly simple and predictable for your family’s budget, our premium semester paths are split into two straightforward tuition invoices that match your available state funds perfectly.
- July 1st (or mid-August): First 25% of private school/specialized funding drops into your wallet. *(Note: Homeschool/Other tracks receive their full $2,000 award in this single initial drop!)
- October 1st: Second 25% autumn funding block becomes available.
- February 1st: Final 50% remaining winter funding balance is released.

Instead of tracking endless monthly invoices, we process tuition in just two clean, semester installments.
1. The Fall Launch Invoice (50%): Billed on August 31st (Covered smoothly by your initial summer state funding drops).
2. The Mid-Semester Invoice (50%): Billed on October 31st (Covered smoothly by your autumn state funding drops).

- Complete our quick, multi-page intake application. Tell me about your child’s unique learning profile, their current academic challenges, and their absolute favorite world obsessions so I can custom-build their slide decks.
2. Match Your Path
Based on your child’s learning goals, your available TEFA funding, and private pay options, we will select the perfect custom learning path (Navigator, Explorer, Scout, or Flex path).
3. Authorize on Odyssey
- Locate our provider listing inside the Odyssey portal to approve your initial 50% tuition. No out-of-pocket costs, no waiting for reimbursements.
